Steven Ward Sr.

Steven Ward Sr., B.S., M.A., Ph.D. is a well known Author, Educator and Motivational Speaker who educates service members about the benefits they receive after leaving the military. He is a U.S. Army Disabled American Veteran, native of Mobile Alabama and retired from the U.S. Army as a Sergeant First Class. He is a former U.S. Army Paratrooper, Drill Instructor, and Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of the Command Group and Office of the Secretary General Staff at Fort Hood Texas, during transformation to Task Force 21. Dr. Ward is currently a Troops-to-Teacher Candidate, an Educator for the (DoDDS-E) Department of Dependent School System (Europe) and a devoted husband of Dorothy J. Ward of Cataula Georgia, with eighteen grandchildren, three daughters and two sons. Teaching is a huge responsibility, in which he is committed and serves as an Ambassador for children and family members of deployed soldiers in the military community throughout the globe. His mission is to give children the tools they need to become productive, tolerant, respectful and responsible citizens of the future. In addition, advises service members on the benefits they receive when they leave the military, and try to give them a “Jump Start in Life” to help them succeed in the civilian work force.
